The Silver City Museum will be open December 24, 2012  10 am to 4 pm, December 24, 2012. It is an enchanting time to bring your family to see the 1881 historic home of the H. B. Ailman family, decorated for the holiday season and complete with a special exhibit, “Winter under Western Skies.”  And, for the very best on any last minute shopper's list – a wonderful selection of gifts available at the museum store.

Other exhibits on view include: ‘Dobes – WPA Artist Manville Chapman's Reflections on Adobe; Gila Wide – Panoramic Images of the Gila River; The Flood Season – How Silver City's Main Street Became the Big Ditch and Journey to Enchantment – Celebrating New Mexico's Statehood.
