1012 West Street RS1012 West StreetComing soon the 24 Club Annual Home Tour to be held on June 5, 2016 from 1 PM to 4PM. This year's tour will be a walking tour of the West College Avenue/Santa Rita neighborhood of Silver City focusing on five historic locations including homes and professional buildings.

Built in the 1930's, the White home at 1012 West Street (the third stop on the tour) is an adobe built Spanish Pueblo style home that originally had a flat roof and has a wood viga ceiling. The archway into the home has original pre-war titles.

24 Club provides a service with educational, charitable and needy projects throughout Grant County. In addition, 24 Club supports the Betty Cook Scholarship and the Christine Drangmeister Scholarship which are awarded twice yearly to Grant County women attending Western New Mexico University.

Tickets are available from any club member, Manzanita Ridge, Insurance First, Adobe Springs Restaurant, Ravens Nest and Curl Up and Dye Salon. On the day of the Tour tickets may also be purchased at the Tea House which will be at the Allingham-Golding American Legion at 409 West College Avenue.
