The cost of things like paper towels, toilet paper, feminine napkins, diapers and wipes and other hygiene items can sure mount up when running a shelter like the Sierra House.

All necessary and needed items, but items that aren €™t donated very often.

And we are in constant need of canned food items for our food pantry

We still have donation boxes scattered around town, so please thank those establishments where they are located.

Donation boxes are located at

Harvest Fellowship
Western Bank
Chino Federal Credit Union
Ace Hardware
Glad Tidings Church
Calvary Chapel of Silver City
First United Methodist Church
WNMU School of Nursing
First Savings Bank
Items needed are things like

Paper towels
Dinner napkins
Coffee filters
Toilet paper
Cotton swabs and cotton balls
Feminine products
Diapers, both baby and adult
Baby and personal hygiene wipes
Tuna fish
Peanut butter
Canned fruits
Canned Vegetables
So the next time you go shopping, pick up an extra thing of paper towels, toilet paper or peanut butter for someone less fortunate.
