We had a very nice memorial service for long-time volunteer Marty Dempsey last Friday with Barbara Saxton saying a few words and with our guests contributing some fond memories of how she helped them out over the years. She will be dearly missed.
Thanks United Church of Christ for your excellent spaghetti; up next is Calvary Christian Academy this Friday with their world-famous enchiladas.
There will be a senior citizens food pantry this Wednesday, Feb 15 at the Knights of Columbus on Swan street from 1 pm until the food runs out. Open to anyone over 55 in Grant County who really need some food.
