We have received a grant from the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico for $5,520 to help us pay for some of our mobile food pantries that we are conducting in the area.

The 6th Street elementary School pantry will be this coming Friday, Sep 4 between 2 and 4 pm at the school. Any parent who has a child attending 6th Street is eligible to pick up food. Normally this pantry will be held on the first Monday of each month, but due to Labor Day it has been moved to the Friday before.

Thanks to the students and staff from Calvary Christian Academy for cooking a great Spaghetti dinner on Friday and the Methodist Women €™s Group will be cooking lunch this Friday.
