Stansbury Calls Impeachment Smokescreen; Rosemont Realty, Richardson Hunter Biden’s Back Door to New Mexico

Since the publication of “Burrell and Biden,' the U.S. House committees have continued probing into Hunter Biden’s alleged dealings for any evidence that might provide a definitive answer regarding his activities as a foreign agent and President Biden’s alleged involvement.

At the preliminary hearing on Sept. 28, 2023, the House Oversight Committee heard from a multitude of committee Representatives from various states, who stated a myriad of opinions regarding the impeachment inquiry’s foundational evidence.

Melanie Stansbury (D) US CONG DIST 1-NM claimed the inquiry is a mere smokescreen orchestrated by former President Trump. Other Representatives called the inquiry unfounded as Hunter Biden is not the President, and the President is not responsible for and should not be investigated due to the actions of his family.

According to House Oversight Committee Chairman Comer, a “mountain of evidence” incontrovertibly points to nine members of the Biden family and more than twenty shell companies receiving over $20 Million dollars between 2014-2019.

Interestingly, the companies examined include Rosemont Seneca for its connection to the Ukrainian gas company Burisma and Rosemont Realty, LLC- but none of the other Rosemont related companies registered with the New Mexico Secretary of State, the buyout of BGK-Rosemont (2015), or the funds distributed to Hunter Biden for his involvement as a class C member of Rosemont Realty (2016).

This elevates Dan Burrell from the center string in a tangled web to the entire ball of yarn needed to navigate the labyrinth of alleged crimes, if those seeking truth hope to someday emerge into the light.

Rosemont Realty is only one of the businesses connected to Burrell and his network of persons with access to political clout and capital and implicated in suspicious activity. As we follow Burrell away from Rosemont and its sister companies towards the for-profit Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in Las Cruces, the concerns for which have been outlined by Robert Shireman extensively here, this network continues to unfold; the bylaws governing the Board of Directors of BCOM state that 6 of the 13 board seats are to be filled by 3 members of Rice University and 3 members of the TPG Rise Fund (Source).

The Rise Fund, which lists former Senator John Kerry as senior advisor (2018), became one of two largest shareholders of BCOM (2022), according to the BCOM website. Kerry, for whom Burrell worked as a Presidential campaign senior advisor, is stepfather to Christopher Heinz, an associate of Hunter Biden and Burrell.

Sir Richard Branson, a member of the Rise Fund Founders Board, is currently facing “a lawsuit filed by Virgin Galactic shareholders who allege Branson hid issues with the space program and sold nine figures worth of stock at inflated prices.” (Source) Virgin Galactic, a commercial spaceflight program currently under investigation for misuse of New Mexico taxpayer dollars, leases Spaceport America from the New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA).

NMSA is not the only aviation organization associated with these groups. The Doña Ana County signed a 30-year lease agreement with Burrell Aviation (2022) and the county jetport received public funding. The press conference pictures Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham posing with Burrell, after she detailed the allocation of $20 Million dollars to the jetport alongside the distribution of funds to other projects.

Lujan-Grisham’s photo with Burrell adds her to a list of New Mexico governor’s to have been pictured or associated with Burrell and his associates. Former Governor Susana Martinez appeared with Burrell when she  spoke at the unveiling of BCOM.

Former Governor, Bill Richardson, deceased, also played a role in New Mexico’s relationship with Virgin Galactic. “During Richardson’s tenure as governor of the Land of Enchantment, he collaborated with Sir Richard Branson to discuss their shared vision of a facility that would both usher in a new era of commercial space travel and push New Mexico into the space industry”, according to the NMSA website (Source).

Richardson travelled with Burrell and Hunter Biden to Mexico, see photo La Cronica de Chihuahua, and was a member of the Board of Directors for Blue Earth, Inc. (BBLU), a Nevada corporation which lost its corporate charter (2014) due to affiliation with Natural Blue (NTUR). BBLU and NTUR were found to be controlled by James E. Cohen and Joseph A. Corazzi, who were previously barred by the SEC from holding such positions in federal court. Cohen and Corrazi exercised de facto control by “recruiting” and “providing direction” to company officers and board members such as Paul Pelosi, Jr., and former NM governor Toney Anaya (Source).

These relationships deserve higher-level scrutiny, especially considering New Mexico ranked 47th in the U.S. News and World report, despite holding the 2nd largest oil and gas revenue and the 3rd largest sovereign wealth fund in the nation, regardless of the outcome of the inquiries into Hunter Biden, as a foreign agent, and President Biden, as impeachable.
