The hypocrisy of the liberals knows no bounds. This whole story about Harvey Weinstein being a sexual predator and more of a misogynist than any conservative has ever been demonstrates so many of the flaws in the liberal community. This man has been doing these things for decades. People all across Hollywood knew about it and said nothing. It was the way business was done to some, and to others they needed work and if they crossed Harvey Weinstein they probably would not work in that industry. The New York Times sat on this story for at least 13 years. People like Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, and so many other stars called him wonderful things. They praised him for his wonderful work on behalf of the causes they supported (which means he donated a lot of money to the ‘right’ causes). It’s just another example that one of the principles held by liberals is that their kind can do no wrong. They can get away with anything no matter how vile or disgusting or how much it violates the principles they claim to hold like equal rights for women as long as you support the right causes or hold the right opinions.

Isn’t it interesting that you’re hearing all of these people condemn Harvey Weinstein and calling him a horrible and vile man? What is one of the undeniable truths about Hollywood and that close knit community? They know each other’s secrets. For all of these actresses to come out now and tell their stories is to me somewhat disingenuous and it’s hopping on the bandwagon. Most of these very same people have been vocal in condemning conservatives and most recently President Trump but there are not even any allegations against President Trump that are as bad as what Weinstein has actually done. They’ve told other women who have been allegedly harassed or raped how to speak out and how not to be afraid to speak out. Yet when it was their turn to do just that and possibly stop this behavior 10 or 20 or 30 years ago, they all kept quiet.

It proves a couple of points that we have made before about the liberals. First it’s all about power because Weinstein had lots of power in the industry and in politics so they turned a blind eye to his behavior. They either wanted roles in the movies he produced or they wanted him to donate money or help raise money for their political campaign or cause.

It also proves that those things they claim to hate so much like sexual harassment are the things that they see in themselves and their friends, characteristics or behaviors that they exhibit or engage in themselves or tolerate in their friends. Think about the things each of us doesn’t like about our own behavior and how much it upsets us when we see someone else engaging in that same behavior. So when you hear a liberal claim to hate something like this, you can pretty much bet that they have either done it themselves or they have close friends who do it.

And why is the New York Times coming up with the story now? As we said not only have they had the story for 13 years they refused to publish it. The person who came forward and had written the story had gone to NBC with the story and was told it was not worthy of publication. What information in the story made it not worthy to publish? There’s only one thing; Harvey Weinstein is a powerful liberal. But what did he do that finally got the New York Times to publish the story and ruin his life and his career? Maybe it’s because he had become more active in a certain political cause—support for Israel. It had been announced recently that he was going to receive an award from the Weisenthal Institute for his dedication to Israel and other causes related to that country and that religion. That is a huge faux pas to many in the liberal community. Further proving the point; if you don’t hold the ‘right’ opinions, liberals will castigate you to no end.
