In 1776 the British demanded that we give up our guns. We shot them.

Anti-gun and gun control advocates ask why anyone would need to own or possess an AR 15. I would ask you why Rosa Parks had to sit at the front of the bus. In a free society you do not have to establish a need in order to exercise any right.

Let’s use some liberal logic. My AR 15 self identifies as a Nerf gun. Anyone who disagrees is racist.

Banks, retailers, and other corporations can refuse to do business with the NRA because they disagree with the NRA’s political views. But a cake baker or a florist can’t refuse to do business with someone with whom they disagree politically?

You've probably seen or heard these before but they’re worth repeating:

We are constantly told that we cannot judge all Muslims based upon the actions of a few radical lunatics of the Muslim faith. Yet we are constantly told we must judge all gun owners based upon the actions of a few lunatics who happened to use guns to commit their crimes.

Once again the liberals are screaming that Social Security is going to run out of money because of the actions of the Republicans. It’s funny how we always hear that Social Security is going to run out of money but we never hear that welfare is going to run out of money. What’s really interesting is that the first group, Social Security recipients, actually worked for their benefits while the second group, welfare recipients, did not.

A lot of my liberal friends like to get their news from memes or express their opinions using funny memes. This one has been making the rounds in support of gun control:

When my child hits another kid with a stick, I do not blame the stick, yet I still take the stick away.

A lot of people think that makes sense and we should apply it to people who use guns but I will ask you this question: certainly you take the stick away from your child but do you go around the neighborhood picking up all the other sticks so that no one else can have a stick to use for any reason?

If idiots could fly, Congress would be the world’s busiest airport.

Ellen Degenres and her wife were attending an anti-gun rally surrounded by armed security guards and armed policemen. I just don’t get why they cannot see the hypocrisy in their actions and words. But it also goes to show that they think they are better than us and are subject to different rules just like our politicians believe.

I went to the bank this week and told the teller I would like to open a joint account. She asked with whom I would like to open the account, I said I don’t care just as long as they have a lot of money.

I did say it was mostly about guns...
