• Light Hall- Project started March 2014. The project is well underway and progressing nicely. The current time schedule for project completion is the second week in August 2014
• Mustang Village building A, B and C are all completed
• Watts Hall Renovation work- Completed
• PD/Martinez renovation-Completed
• Student Recreation Center- Currently finalizing proposals for Contractor services. Construction is estimated to begin July 2014 and completed spring 2015
• Exterior Light Replacement – estimated to be completed in August 2014
• McCray Kiln Court Repairs- Estimated to be completed August 2014
• Asphalt repairs to be completed August 2014
• Regents Row Housing upgrades estimated to be completed in August 2014
• Campus Exterior sign project- First phase estimated to be completed in August 2014
• IM Gym floor repairs- estimated to be completed in July 2014
