Silver City Woman's Club member Carolyn Havens was presented a plaque of appreciation from President Ansel Walters and Treasurer Bob Connor of the Silver City Lions Club. The presentation took place on Friday, June 13, at the Club's monthly members meeting. The appreciation plaque was for, "Administrating the Grant County Children's School EYE EXAM PROGRAM 2012-2013-2014".
