Gila Regional Medical Center utilizes an evidence based approach to project management and requires all directors go through the GRMC Essentials of Execution- project management training program and acquire certification. GRMC would like to thank their directors for the ongoing commitment to the utilization of these tools. "It is becoming increasingly necessary for leaders to master the skills of project management and execution, which is why Administration, through the efforts of Operations, now requires Directors to become certified in our proven approach to getting things done!" Stated Jed Rudd, Chief Operating Officer. Ninety percent of GRMC directors have achieved this certification and utilize the tools daily.
