Western New Mexico University has partnered with students in the Cobre School District, grades K-12, to display art through April 17 at Miller Library. Award winners were determined by a panel of judges. Pictured below is Javiel Garcia, who is in the sixth grade at Bayard Elementary. He earned second place.
