Enchantment Realty & Property Management used to be Coldwell Banker's Real Estate, but is now named simply Enchantment Realty & Property Management. The real estate office is located at 501 Silver Heights Blvd. in Silver City. Cutting the ribbon is Jim Thomison, qualified broker, his wife Kim Thomison, along with the real estate agency staff and local members of the Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce. The ribbon cutting was held on Thursday, July 23, 2015.
