Cow Trail Pump and Well Service LC installs and services submersible pumps in water wells. The company holds New Mexico ES-10 Pump Installer license # 386243. Equipment includes a Monitor M-33a pump hoist, capable of lifting 6 tons.

The owner, Ronald (Randy) DeVinney, has lived in the Silver City area for 30 years. He has worked locally for both Tyrone and Chino mines and has experience installing and servicing well pumps ranging from 1/2 to 600 horsepower. He held a New Mexico well driller license in the past but is no longer drilling wells. He is currently focusing on residential and small commercial and agricultural wells, including solar-powered pumps. He is also a certified water treatment operator (NM-12292), and uses his skills to ensure that pump installations are clean, sanitary and properly sealed.
