On Wednesday, Dec. 9, a ribbon cutting was held for the opening of the new Edward Jones - Niel McDonald financial advisor office at 816 North Hudson Street in Silver City. Niel is shown cutting the ceremonial ribbon with his family, friends, clients, and members of the Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce helping celebrate the opening of his office. Scott Terry, president of the Chamber of Commerce stated, "it's great that Niel has invested in our community by moving his business from Deming to Silver City. His family has been here for over 100 years, and we know that Niel will have a successful future in Silver City".
