Tuesday Sept 6 members of the First United Methodist Church treated the SC Fire Department fire fighters to Pizza and desert in greatful appreciation for all they do to protect our community.

Pastor Michael Brunk and several church members thanked the young men and women who not only extinguish fires but also aid those who call for help in often dangerous situations which firefighters are trained to handle. Public safety men and women are many times taken for granted so First United would like to challenge others to take time to say 'thank you' to these unselfish public servants.
