A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the opening of Early Bird Expresso, 1104 Tom Foy Blvd. in Bayard, New Mexico on Monday morning, November 7. Owner Peggy Humble cuts the ribbon as Bayard Mayor Charles Kelly, at far left, holds one end of the ribbon and her father Terry Humble, at right, holds the other end.
