Mayor Richard Bauch and members of the Santa Clara Village Council cut the ribbon opening the Santa Clara Splash Park. They had hoped to open the park a couple of months earlier while the weather was still warm, but our monsoon rains and other storms made that impossible. In the second photo, Mayor Bauch and two people in wetsuits braved the cold water demonstrating how much fun area children will have during warmer weather. When the Splash Park opens, children from throughout Grant County are invited to enjoy the Santa Clara Splash Park.
