Dianne Hamilton RSDianne HamiltonSilver City, NM (February 24, 2017) - Outgoing Hidalgo Medical Services (HMS) Board of Directors member, Dianne Hamilton, was honored for her leadership and commitment to service to HMS and Hidalgo and Grant counties.

Hamilton has served on the HMS Board of Directors since 2012 to ensure citizens have access to high quality healthcare delivered with the highest value possible. Hamilton represented District 38 (Hidalgo, Grant and Sierra counties) in the New Mexico State Legislature for 18 years. Hamilton's last day as an HMS Board member was January 26.

"The great leadership demonstrated by Ms. Hamilton during her tenure has helped HMS to provide comprehensive, integrated and affordable healthcare services throughout Hidalgo and Grant counties. We sincerely thank Dianne for her service," HMS Board Chair Carmen Acosta said.

"Former Representative Hamilton worked collaboratively with the members of the HMS Board of Directors and Leadership as a highly qualified and committed group of individuals who have positively supported the mission and vision of this organization," Dan Otero, HMS Chief Executive Officer, said.
