The criteria include REALTOR® spirit, local Association activity, civic activity, State and National activity and business accomplishments.

Linda Middlebrook received multiple nominations by her peers for the 2017 award. She also was awarded the ROTY award in 2007.

Linda has been licensed since 1987 and Secretary for the SCRAR since 1998. She is a member of the New Life Family Church and is a Director on the New Mexico Chapter of the United States Bowling Congress of America. Linda says that she conducts her business ethically, and does her best to help her customers and clients at Wagon Wheel Realty.
