The Kiwanis Club of Silver City celebrated students honored as Terrific Kids for September 2018 at San Lorenzo Elementary School. The program honors elementary school students for demonstrating a positive attitude, good character, and responsible citizenship. The club has formed a partnership with 10 elementary schools to recognize Terrific Kids every month of the scholastic year.  Besides getting a certificate, each child is given a packet of Terrific Kids gear for them and their parents. Those honored are:
