Mr. and Mrs. Randy Salars cut the official ribbon Friday afternoon, Feb. 8, for the opening of The Potala Palace at 808 North Bullard Street in Silver City, New Mexico. The Potala Palace clothing, jewelry, art, books and more. They will be celebrating their opening throughout Saturday during Silver City's Chocolate Fantasia celebration. Stop by and check out the newest retail shop in downtown Silver City. Silver City Mayor Ken Ladner and Chamber of Commerce Board Chairperson, Sabrina Pack, spoke briefly during the event.
