The Morning Star Governors took 2nd place at the El Paso Old School Classic. The team ended up 6 of 8 on August 17 & 18. The average temperature was 100 degrees. The last 3 games going in from the loser's bracket were won in the open inning. For many years the team has played as the Morning Star Senators, without much success. Now, with the chemistry on the team, they are having fun.
