Discussion - Action or No Action: New Mexico Office of the State Auditor - Memorandum of Understanding between NM State Auditor and NM CAP Entity regarding NM State Auditor providing professional services in the performance of the financial and compliance audit of the Agency from 7/1/15 through 6/30/16.

VII. New Business:
a. Discussion - Action or No Action: Determine the successor of the Gila-San Francisco Water Commission.
b. Discussion - Action or No Action: Draft Funding Agreement between the Interstate Stream Commission (ISC), the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), and the NM CAP Entity regarding the NEPA.
c. Discussion Only: MOU between ISC, BOR, and NM CAP Entity regarding the NEPA
process.
