Limits of the Village of Santa Clara, Including but not Limited to the Age of Said
Mobile/Manufactured Homes.

2. Adopt An Ordinance Allowing the Use of Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles,
Under Specific Guidelines and Restrictions, on Paved Streets and Roadways Inside the
Corporate Limits of the Village of Santa Clara Pursuant to NMSA 1978, SECTION 66-3-1011
(Amended Through 2016).
3. Permission to publish an Ordinance Establishing A Village of Santa Clara Historic Landmark
Commission: Providing for Appointments, Terms, and Duties of Members: Establishing a
Village of Santa Clara Historic Register; Providing for the Establishment of Historic Districts and
Landmarks in the Village of Santa Clara; Establishing Standards for such Districts and
Landmarks; Repealing all Ordinances in Conflict Herewith.
