Public Hearing

The City of Bayard has filed an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial assistance to develop a municipal E911 addressing system. A public meeting for comments will be held at 10:00 a.m. on at April 10, 2017 at Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 to discuss the proposed project and to provide the opportunity for public comment.
