PUEBLO DE SILVER CITY RESOLUCIÓN NUM. 2018-27

PARA LA ELECCIÓN MUNICIPAL REGULAR QUE SE LLEVARÁ A CABO EL DIÁ 5 DE MARZO DEL 2019

SEA RESUELTO POR EL CUERPO GOBERNANTE DEL PUEBLO DE SILVER CITY que:

Una elección municipal regular para la elección de oficiales municipales se llevará a cabo el día 5 de Marzo del 2019. Lugares de votación estaran abiertos al público entre las horas de las 7:00 a.m. y las 7:00 p.m. B. En la elección municipal regular, individuos serán elegidos para ocupar los siguientes cargos electivos: Distrito 1- un Consejal por un término de dos años, y Distrito 3 - un Consejal por un término de dos años. C. Los siguientes distritos son consolidados para la elección municipal regular: CD01: Consiste de Distritos 1 y 3. D. Los distritos son consolidados, y la siguiente localidad es designada como local para votar para llevar a cabo la elección municipal regular el día 5 de Marzo del 2019: Silver City Woman’s Club, 411 Silver Heights Blvd., Silver City, New Mexico. E. Votación en Ausencia.

Solicitudes para obetener balotas para votar en ausencia pueden ser obtenidas únicamente de la oficina de la Escribana de la Municipalidad, City Hall, 101 West Broadway, Silver City, New Mexico. Todas las solicitudes para obtener una balota para votar en ausencia deben ser llenadas, y aceptadas por la Escribana de la Municipalidad antes de las 5:00 p.m. el 1 de Marzo del 2019. La Escribana de la Municipalidad aceptará las balotas completadas por la (el) votante que emite su balota, con el fin de votar en ausencia, que se le entregue por correo o en persona o por un miembro de la familia immediata de la (del) votante, o del conserje al votante hasta las 7:00 p.m. el 5 de Marzo de 2019. Las balotas para votar en ausencia se pueden mandar por correo empezando veintiocho dias antes de la elección o el Martes, 5 de Febrero del 2019. Las balotas para votar en ausencia se pueden marcar en persona (tambien conocido como votación por anticipado) en la oficina de la Escribana de la Municipalidad, durante las horas y días hábiles, empezando el Martes, 5 de Febrero del 2019 y terminando a las 6:00 p.m. el Sábado, 2 de Marzo del 2019. F. Las personas que deseén registrarse para votar en la elección municipal regular, tienen que registrarse con la Escribana del Condado de Grant a más tardar el Martes, 5 de Febrero de 2019 a las 5:00 p.m., la fecha en que la Escribana del Condado cerrará los libros del registro. G. Se archivará todas las Declaraciones de Candidatura con la Escribana Municipal el Martes, 8 de Enero de 2019 entre las horas de las 9:00 a.m. y las 5:00 p.m. Se archivará todas las Declaraciones de Candidatura de los candidatos por escrito con la Escribana Municipal el Martes, 15 de Enero de 2019 entre las horas de las 9:00 a.m. y las 5:00 p.m. H. Se hará un récord de los votos depositados el 5 de Marzo del 2019 de los electores municipales calificados en papeletas, de las cuales se hará un recuento por tabuladores electrónicos Dominion.
