The City of Bayard hereby gives public notice of the adoption of Ordinance 3-2019 Fire Protection and Prevention:

An Ordinance relating to Fire Protection and Prevention within the City of Bayard. This Ordinance provides for duties of the Fire Department and Fireworks Regulations. Chapter 18 of the Bayard Code of Ordinances has been revised and renumbered.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28h day of May 2019.
