LEGAL NOTICE
REGULAR MEETING – July 11, 2019
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to thirty-six (36) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager’s Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.com. If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. c. Consideration of Agreement A-19-29; Work and Financial Plan- Cooperative Services Agreement between Grant County and United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS-WS) – Commissioner Javier Salas
d. Consideration of Agreement No. A-19-35; An Agreement for the Provision of Animal Control Services in the Unincorporated Portions of Grant County, New Mexico

Consideration of Resolution No. R-19-47; A Resolution Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Colonias Infrastructure Project Fund Loan/Grant Agreement by and Among the New Mexico Colonias Infrastructure Board (“CIB”) and the New Mexico Finance Authority (“Finance Authority,” and Collectively with the CIB, the “Lenders/Grantors”) and Grant County, New Mexico (The “Borrower/Grantee”), for the Benefit of Tyrone, in the Total Amount of $920,000, Evidencing an Obligation of the Borrower/Grantee to Utilize the Loan/Grant Amount Solely for the Purpose of Financing the Costs of Construction of ADA Compliant Sidewalks in Tyrone, and Solely in the Manner Described in the Loan/Grant Agreement; Providing for the Pledge and Payment of the Loan Amount of $92,000 Solely From One-Eighth of One Percent of County Local Option Gross Receipts Tax and Acceptance of a Grant Amount of $828,000; Certifying that the Loan/Grant Amount, Together With Other Funds Available to the Borrower/Grantee, is Sufficient to Complete the Project; Approving the Form of and Other Details Concerning the Loan/Grant Agreement; Ratifying Actions Heretofore Taken; Repealing all Action Inconsistent With This Resolution; and Authorizing the Taking of Other Actions in Connection with the Execution and Delivery of the Loan/Grant Agreement
IX. Recess as the Grant County Board of Commissioners and Convene as the Grant County Health Care Claims Board
f. Consideration of May 2019, Health Claims in the amount of $2,266.25
g. Consideration of June 2019, Health Claims in the amount of $555.64
