The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 3, 2019, at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:
Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting held on August 6, 2019.
Public Hearings: CU 19-02: Conditional Use Permit for property addressed at 2110 N. Juniper Avenue to be used for a duplex. This use is allowed in a Residential A Zoning District with a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is Nadine Robele.
