Regular Meeting – May 29, 2020
The Gila Regional Medical Center Governing Board will convene in a Regular Meeting on Friday, May 29, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from JoAnn Holguin, Executive Assistant to the CEO, Scott Manis, at the GRMC Administration Office (575-538-4098) or viewed online at www.grmc.org. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency declared by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the limits on the number of persons gathering, except for essential functions, the meeting will be closed to the public. It may be viewed live on the County’s YouTube Channel

The tentative agenda is as follows:
The Governing Board will go into Executive Session at 12:00 p.m. pursuant to Section 10-15-1, (H), NMSA 1978, of the Open Meetings Act for the purpose of discussing limited personnel matters, medical-legal/QA&I/peer review issues, and strategic planning. At 2:00 p.m. the Governing Board will come out of Executive Session and will have an Open Session. An update on COVID-19 will be given during the open session.
