The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Governing Board will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from JoAnn Holguin, Executive Assistant to the CEO, Margie Molitor in the GRMC Administration Office (575-538-4098) or viewed online at www.grmc.org. The meeting may be viewed live on the County's YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCszkwc1-OF36U2F-TLNWf5Q or later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov. Public input will be accepted both in person or via email submitted prior to the meeting. Comments may be emailed to publicinput@grmc.org with Public Comment noted in the subject line.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Governing Board – a New Mexico governing body organized pursuant to the Hospital Funding Act - will convene in an Executive Session onApril 25, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. The Executive Sessions will take place in the Grant County Veterans Memorial Business & Conference Center located at 3031 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. This Meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the New Mexico Review Organization Immunity Act and the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) Strategic & Long Range Business Planning. 

The next Regular Meeting of the Gila Regional Medical Center Governing Board will take place on Thursday April 27, 2023.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Governing Board – a New Mexico governing body organized pursuant to the Hospital Funding Act - will convene in a Special Meeting to discuss and approve the Governing Board Bylaws.
