To the Editor:
Does Rep. McCamley not know that federal law prohibits the use of the federal military to enforce domestic policies? That's why there are no federal military forces arresting drug runners along the border.
Also, neither the governor nor the legislature can keep the federal government from federalizing the NM guard and using them for any purpose and sending them anywhere.
