Fellow Americans:

This news report provides the opportunity to inform America concerning Transnational Criminal Organization operations along the U.S. Border.

First, the stock and trade of the Mexican Border Smuggler is to operate right before your eyes without being noticed. They call it “sin ser visto.”

When a news crew or ordinary citizen visits the border and sees no indication of criminal activity the Border Smuggler has been successful in “sin ser visto.”

The point is this, just because they are not seen does not mean they are not there and fully prepared to be very effective at enforcing their interests as is the case in this article.

In this story Agua Prieta Sonora Mexico is directly across the border from Douglas, Arizona. The article does not provide anything but a general location.

It is enough location though to surmise that the location is probably outside of the populated area on dirt roads and along the border where there is no significant fencing deterrent or population.

It is likely where the Border Smuggler can deliver their contraband to their trusted associates on the U.S. side of the border with a greater probability of achieving “sin ser visto.”

The weak link for the Transnational Criminals in bringing drugs and aliens into the United States is a weak border defense and maintaining their people inside the United States.

That is why attacking their infrastructure at the border and the human links living inside the United States is the key to stopping the heroin in Cleveland, Ohio and Madison, Wisconsin, etc.

Historically, all electronic surveillance has provided is a glimpse at what we did not know was crossing before it was installed or deployed and in a few cases increased apprehensions.

The first step in stopping the heroin from flowing into America’s interior is shutting down Sanctuary Cities and enlisting the full force of American Law Enforcement in that mission.
