FIDDLING FRIENDS Sat. Sept 27 at the Silver City Library from 12:00 - 12:45 PM. These fiddlers have been working hard for many years (and some of them just a few months) learning dance music from many different places, including New Mexico, Louisiana, Appalachia, and many other parts of the world including, Ireland, France, Eastern Europe, and Africa.

Ranging in age from 5-16, they learn by ear, as well as with written music. They are students of Jeanie McLerie and Ken Keppeler of Bayou Seco. They are often accompanied by some of their parents as well as by Bayou Seco. They will cheer up the Airwaves for sure, so come along and enjoy the music.
