The Community Chamber Singers will present their Christmas concert at the First Presbyterian Church on Sunday, December 7, at 3 pm. The concert will begin with Ave Maris Stella by Dufay - performed by an octet comprised of Chamber Singer members. Composers represented in the concert will be: Ropartz, Gibbons, Billings, Estelle, Sweelinck, Davison, Giffen, Johnson, Smith, Letourneau, Bernon, and Lightfoot.

Accompaniment will be provided by Patricia Prewit and Virginia Robertson on piano. Other instruments used in accompaniment are: Margaret Hadderman on recorder, Carol Coon on pennywhistle, and percussionists from the Silver High School Band.

The concert is free to the public. A reception open to everyone will immediately follow the performance.
