The Silver City Food Co-op's December Community Forum is a class on Pressure Cooking. "Fast food" takes on a whole new meaning with a pressure cooker. And the newer pressure cookers are not "your mother's pressure cooker"; there are many safety features to prevent problems.

Come learn how to create fast and delicious food as well as cook black beans better at high altitude and rice in no time. The forum will be presented twice, on Tuesday, December 9 and Thursday, December 11 from noon to 1 pm at 614 N. Bullard Street, Silver City.
