The 2015 Santa Rita Reunion has been set for Friday, Sept. 4-Saturday, Sept. 5, at Bataan Memorial Park, in Santa Clara on the road to Fort Bayard.

The time for each day is 8 a.m. to midnight, with no one being allowed to overnight in the park.

Menudo Friday is for the early birds at 8:30 on Friday, Sept. 4.

Everyone is invited to bring their own food and drinks. Games will be provided. Charcoal grills will be provided for those who want to cook some barbecue. Basketball courts are available.

Attendees are asked to bring photos from past Santa Rita reunions.

The music, provided by ABRACADABRA, will crank up in the afternoon and will play until 11:30 p.m.

Door prizes will be raffled off. Attendees are invited to bring a prize to be raffled.

Santa Rita Reunion T-shirts and caps will be sold at cost until they run out. All proceeds from the raffle and stuff sold will be used for the Santa Rita Shrine and Cemetery.

This annual retreat helps keep alive the history, memories and the ongoing lives of the people and families who were residents of Santa Rita, New Mexico.
