The Silver City Food Co-op is proud to sponsor the Silver City CLAY Festival's 4th Annual Edible MUD PIE CONTEST on Saturday, August 1, at the Silver City Farmers' Market. Bakers and chefs, this is your opportunity to show off your creativity! Bring your pie before 10:00 AM to enter (for free!); judging and tastings begin at 10:00 AM.

Mud pies will be awarded based on taste, presentation, and creativity with prizes given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Spectators are welcome to a sample of the entries after the judging. For further details, visit CLAYFestival.com or call 575-538-5560.

Don't forget the MUD FUN! FOR KIDS. Get your hands dirty and play with clay! For youth grades Pre-K - 6th. Children cannot be left unattended. Free. Bullard Street from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
