This year's tour will be a walking tour of the West College Avenue/Santa Rita neighborhood of Silver City focusing on five historic locations including homes and professional buildings.

Second stop on the home tour is the Sherman home located at 1101 Santa Rita Street. The home now owned by Jill Sherman is brick with two stories, a basement and gable windows with wood lintels. An attached porch and balcony gives the home a distinctive look.

24 Club provides a service with educational, charitable and needy projects throughout Grant County. In addition, 24 Club supports the Betty Cook Scholarship and the Christine Drangmeister Scholarship which are awarded twice yearly to Grant County women attending Western New Mexico University.
