Sponsored by First American Bank, The Silver City Museum Society will present its Victorian Christmas Open House on Thursday, December 8th from 5:30pm to 8pm at the Silver City Museum.

Come enjoy hot beverages and Christmas cookies while live music is played throughout the evening featuring Grant County's excellent local musicians. The evening's music schedule includes performances by Gleemaiden at 5:30pm; the Gila Highlanders at 6:00pm; Bayou Seco at 6:30pm; Jericho at 7:00pm; and ending with the Concert Band of the Southwest at 7:30pm.

Holiday crafts and activities will be available for children of all ages. The museum will also have a special appearance by Father Christmas who will be handing out gifts to children. The Museum Store will also be stocked with Christmas items.

The Festival of Trees by the Guadalupe Montessori School will also be open to visitors during this time at 703 Bullard St., adding extra Christmas fun to this exciting night. So come out to downtown Silver City, and start your holiday season with the entire family.
