On Saturday, Dec. 22, approximately 30 people attended the 1st Annual Bayard Christmas Gathering at the Triangle across from the LottaBurger.  Mayor Kelly of Bayard started the event with a few words about the event and Louis Baum who had promoted the event.

Caroling was led by Lorraine and Susan from the country gospel group, Jericho.  Everyone joined in the singing and it really was a lot of fun. More fun that most expected. The evening ended with hot chocolate, hot apple cider and cookies.  Those that were there are looking forward to the 2nd Annual Bayard Christmas Gathering next year.
