On Monday, April 21, Silver City MainStreet hosted a reception to recognize Kelly Trinkle-Thai, owner of "Curl Up and Dye" on College Street in the downtown historic district, for her award from the WNMU Small Business Development Center as the 2013 Small Business Client of the Year. Thirty well wishers gathered at the Little Toad Creek Brewery and Distillery on Bullard St. for the occasion.
