Grant County was represented by over forty 4-H youth at the New Mexico Southwest District 4-H Contest held in T or C, NM June 18 and 19. The southwest district contest allows 4-H members to participate in different contests ranging from entomology and wildlife to horticulture and rifle. The top novices and juniors who competed at the Grant County 4-H Contest were eligible to compete at the district level against other 4-H members from the district.
