Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC) Foundation Coordinator Ashleigh Garcia (center) receives a generous donation for the Gila Regional Cancer Center (GRCC) presented by AmBank President Mike Trujillo (right) and Senator Howie Morales (left). The proceeds were raised at the ninth annual Cobre/Silver Alumni Baseball/Softball Classic sponsored by AmBank, Morning Star, GRMC, and NM State Senator Howie Morales.

In FY2012 Cancer Center served Grant County by providing 11 monthly oncology clinics with top physicians from the New Mexico Cancer Center, by receiving more than 700 monthly patient visits for chemotherapy treatment, and more than 300 monthly patient visits for radiation therapy.
