    Gary Emerson will speak to us on "The Mystery of the Owl" and explore some of the Native American mythology from the past that holds the belief that owls escorted the souls of deceased people to the next life. This escort often involved a visit by the owl to people close to the departed person.  Recent second and first-hand accounts of owl encounters after death, including a scientific experiment, will be discussed.

    Please join us. There will be coffee and conversation, with light refreshments, after the service.
