  Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across the advisory area. Doppler
  Radar estimated more than an inch of rain has hallen in an area    
  Between pinos altos...Bayard and hanover with more rain expected.  
  Low water crossings along us 180 and other roads in the area may   
  Experience flooding.
