  INDICATED   THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
  ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE     
  HALF INCH PER HOUR. THE STORMS HAVE WEAKENED SLIGHTLY...BUT A      
  QUARTER INCH TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN OVER THE SILVER FIRE BURN    
  SCAR IS STILL SUFFICIENT FOR SOME DEGREE OF FLOODING IN DOWNSTREAM
  LOCATIONS.

  COONEY...
  CAMP THUNDERBIRD...

RUNOFF FROM THIS RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER CROSSINGS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT
ENTER THE WATER. TURN AROUND AND MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE
FLOOD WATERS.
