FLOODING POSSIBLE ACROSS WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO TONIGHT
THROUGH THURSDAY...

.AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH
CENTRAL NEW MEXICO THIS EVENING WHILE MOIST UNSTABLE AIR FLOWS
INTO THE REGION. THIS WEATHER PATTERN WILL BRING SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WITH AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
EXCEED 2 INCHES OVER A FEW LOCATIONS RESULTING IN FLASH FLOODING.

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF NM...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...LOWLANDS OF THE BOOTHEEL...SOUTHWEST
  DESERT/MIMBRES BASIN AND UPLANDS OF THE BOOTHEEL.

* THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON

* AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH CENTRAL

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
