THUNDERSTORMS WITH AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL

  DESERT/MIMBRES BASIN AND UPLANDS OF THE BOOTHEEL.

* THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON
