* ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN GRANT COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 415 PM MDT

* AT 222 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED AROUND AN INCH AND A HALF OF RAIN HAD FALLEN NEAR
  THE ROCKY CANYON CAMPGROUND.


* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  LAKE ROBERTS...
  ROCKY CANYON CAMPGROUND...
  SAPILLO CAMPGROUND...

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER CROSSINGS
ON FOREST SERVICE ROAD 150.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE ADVISORY
AREA.

FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE
YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME
KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS. CAMPERS AND HIKERS SHOULD AVOID STREAMS OR
CREEKS AND MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
